What neurofeedback is
Neurofeedback is a non-invasive method of brain training, based on real-time monitoring of the brain's electrical activity (EEG). Through a computerised system, the brain receives instant feedback about the way it functions and is encouraged to optimise its activity patterns. How brain training works
