Have you experienced a panic attack and fear it will happen again?

Discover the real cause of panic attacks and treat it right at the source, through brain training personalized to the uniqueness of your brain.
What are panic attacks?

They are sudden, intense episodes of acute anxiety, accompanied by severe physiological reactions such as palpitations, rapid breathing, dizziness or a feeling of suffocation, occurring in the absence of any real danger. They are triggered by brain hyperactivity in the areas involved in detecting danger (such as the amygdala or the hypothalamus).
Most of the time they strike unexpectedly: on the subway, at the office, in the supermarket, or even in the middle of a seemingly ordinary conversation. Many people end up avoiding places, people or everyday activities for fear of not being able to control what is happening to them. And that turns panic attacks into an invisible burden that affects quality of life, relationships and self-confidence.
Do you recognize yourself in any of the states below?
- A racing heart or the feeling that it is ājumping out of your chestā, with no clear reason
- Difficulty breathing, a lump in your throat or a feeling of suffocation
- Blurred vision, dizziness, ringing in the ears or uncontrollable trembling
- Painful pressure in the chest or head, which feels like an impending heart attack
- An acute fear that you are about to faint, lose control or⦠die
- Unexplained physical pain (head, back, chest)
Classic treatment methods
Panic attacks are classically treated through a combination of medication (antidepressants or anxiolytics that temporarily reduce the symptoms), cognitive behavioural psychotherapy (which helps identify and restructure the triggering thoughts) and relaxation techniques such as conscious breathing or mindfulness.
These approaches can offer short-term relief, but they do not address the deep neurological cause: the imbalance in the brain activity responsible for panic reactions.

How brain training works in the case of panic attacks
- Regulates brain activity in the affected areas
- Reduce the exaggerated responses of the autonomic nervous system
- Improve emotional responses and mental clarity
- Create new neural networks for a healthy response to stress
- Support the brain's self-regulation, without invasive stimuli or adverse effects
Backed by 65+ years of neuroscience research
The results have been documented in hundreds of clinical studies, demonstrating this method's effectiveness in regulating brain activity and improving overall health.
What do the studies say?
Brain training is supported both by rigorous clinical research and by decades of practical application.
Patients with panic disorder who completed a 20-session Neurofeedback programme recorded significant reductions in anxiety symptoms, including:
- Less fear experienced in public or crowded spaces
- Improvement of the mental and physical symptoms associated with panic
- Increased activity in the alpha band ā an EEG marker associated with deep relaxation
Drake specialists use Neurofeedback together with Brain Mapping to treat panic attacks without medication.
- Patients learn to self-regulate their brain responses, reducing their vulnerability to future episodes
- The results can be long-lasting, because patients gain regulation skills they can apply at any time
- The therapy is non-invasive and free of side effects

Have you already tried therapy or medication, but the symptoms persist? Brain training acts directly on the brain's imbalances. Beyond easing the effects, this method trains the brain's internal mechanisms for real change.
Brain training corrects the imbalances in brain activity that trigger panic. Through a brain-tuning process adapted to your brain, the training sessions:

We analyse the brain's electrical activity through a state-of-the-art neurocognitive assessment (qEEG), to identify the areas of abnormal activity associated with the onset of panic attacks.
Based on your brain map, you receive the interpretation of the results and a treatment plan adapted 100% to your brain pattern, prepared by Dr. Alina Diana NemeČ and Clin. Psych. Alina Robu.
Your brain learns to self-regulate, responding differently to stress, fear and triggers. The training sessions are relaxing, non-invasive and help you reduce the intensity and frequency of panic attacks without medication.
